MAKEUP SERVICES POLICY - AGREEMENT
• Please read each service (appointment type) carefully prior to booking to ensure you’ve picked the best option suitable for you.
•Located in East Mecklenburg county, NC (Metro Charlotte area). Follow up regarding location details will be provided exactly 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment via email ( in email folder search sender: S.E.E Cosmetics ). The current booking schedule is: Wednesday through Friday 4pm-9pm, Saturday 7am-8pm, Sunday 7am-5pm.
• You agree NOT to bring additional person(s) with you to or during your appointment.
• IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY COVID OR FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS- DO NOT BOOK AND OR CANCEL YOUR EXISTING APPOINTMENT.
• Clients booking-in-advance allowance is 90 days. Clients whom cancel appointment(s) within the 72 hours booking allowance, after upfront deposit has been paid, are eligible for an one time re-schedule within 30 days of initial cancellation date, that your deposit paid will be applied towards. Please note: after two canceled appointments you will no longer be eligible to book an appointment. No exceptions. No refunds.
• Same day booking accommodations are subject to approval. Please send a chat message via website (chat feature is located bottom right corner of site) regarding special accommodation request and or last minute appointment inquiries for a quicker response. Same day appointment service fee is $30.00; this fee is added on and applied to your service cost.
• A late fee ($20.00) will automatically apply to your remaining balance owed for a delay in scheduled appointment time beyond 15 minutes. After a delay of 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled without the option to reschedule in the future. No exceptions. No refunds.
• Last minute service changes-accommodations (less than 48 hour notice) are subject to an $100 fee that is applied to the final service cost. Accommodations include but are not solely subject to:
Changes to: Service-type, appointment location, or group quantity (all accommodations are subject to approval).
• You agree and understand that in the event a video(s) and or pictures are taken of you [client(s)] during your appointment; Media may be use for professional marketing post via S E E Cosmetics LLC social media and or
S E E Cosmetics artist’s portfolio.
AS OF March 15, 2020 MOBILE MAKEUP SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL-COVID PRECAUTION.
• Mobile makeup services entail an additional $35.00 travel fee that is applied to service cost. This fee will be applied to your remaining balance that is due prior to services on your appointment day. Please send a site chat message or email prior to booking to inquire about travel fees beyond a 40-mile radius round trip from East Mecklenburg County, NC and or out-of-state travel fees. (Rate variables of travels fees beyond 40-mile radius round trip within NC: $50 / $70 / $100).
